At Azure Digital Solutions, we value our clients and strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a service. Please review our cancellation terms below:
1. Project-Based Services
- Clients can cancel a project before work has started for a full refund (excluding processing fees).
- If work has commenced, a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed will be applied.
- Once a project has been delivered or completed, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Subscription & Retainer Services
- Monthly subscriptions or retainer services can be canceled at any time; however, cancellations made after the billing period has started will not be eligible for a refund.
- To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before the renewal date.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
- Clients must submit a cancellation request via email to info@azuredigitalsolutions.com with the order or project details.
- Cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days, and confirmation will be sent via email.
